End 23 After first bowls Canada holds the shot. Burnett is well short with his second. Bester plays long with his second. Burnett cannot make an impression with his third. Bester draws long and covers the 2 Scotland bowls behind the head. Burnett runs the Bester shot off with his last bowl. Bester has one to play... he draws on the backhand but falls short to hand the end to Scotland. They are measuring for a 2nd shot.

End 19 Bester makes it another short end and draws his first past the jack by a foot. Burnett plays past the shot bowl. Bester draws again and is just short of the jack. Burnett runs one of the Canada bowls off the head. 1 shot Canada after 2 bowls each. Bester draws another with his third. Burnett runs again but goes cleanly through the head without making contact. Burnett also makes an adjustment to draw shot wide and level. Bester draws inside he shot bowl for 1. Burnett responds with a draw that makes it 1 to Scotland. Bester's last is a run at the shot that collects it cleanly. 1 shot Canada with one to come from Burnett. Burnett draws but cannot make an impression.

Bester responds with a draw inside to take the shot.Burnett runs into his short bowl which then collects the Bester shot and takes it ut. 1 shot Scotland. With his next Bester takes out the Scotland shot bowl and holds the advantage. Burnett draws again with his last. 1 shot Scotland. Besters last bowl is an upshot that collects the jack, removes the Scotland shot and leaves Canada with 2 shots.
End 16 Bester takes the mat up again and plays the jack short. The umpires are called to measure. Jack is legal and the end continues. With his first Bester draws wide and a foot short. Burnett cannot do better and is also short of the jack by a metre. Bester's second bowl goes past the jack and across the head. Burnett draws into his first bowl and moves it closer. 1 shot Scotland. Bester drives again and collects the jack. He now has a live bowl in the ditch, jack on the spot. 3 shots Canada. Burnett draws to reduce the count to 1 shot to Canada. Bester draws with his last a foot behind the jack to make it 2 shots Canada. Burnett plays a sweet draw to get inside the shot biwl and steal the end.
End 15 The mat is up for a shorter end. Bester draws short of the jack by a metre. Burnett cannot do better. Bester draws another closer than his first and almost touching the jack. Burnett plays up to remove jack and bowl. After re-spotting the jack Canada holds 1 shot. No change after Bester's thrid bowl. Burnett than draws to take the shot with his third. Bester improves on that with his last, 1 shot Canada. Burnett plays a nice wwighted draw and touches the shot bowl but cannot steal the shot. 1 shot Canada.
End 14 A nice draw from Burneet sits just short of the jack. Bester plays an upshot that takes out the shot and touches the jack. Burnett draws level and wide but is holding shot. Bester responds with a lovely draw to the jack. Burnett tries hard with his next bowl to draw 2nd shot. Bester plays another cracker to touch the jack and make it 2 shots to Canada. Burnett drives and misses with his last. Bester plays another draw and moves one of his shot bowls that nudges the jack. 2 shots Canada.
End 13 Bester puts up a shorter jack making it a medium length end. His first is not close. Burnett responds with a drive that takes out the shot and the jack. The jack is re-spotted. Burnett draws level but wide. Bester is following his bowl up the green, it stops well short of the jack. Burnett draws past that bowl to hold 2 shots. Bester plays his last very wide and outside the rink. With his last Burnett looks to draw another and is successful. 3 shots Scotland.

Bester slides of the short Scotland bowl but passes beyond the head. 1 shot Scotland. No change after Burnett's third bowl. Bester has a run that removes the Scotland shot bowl and makes it one shot to Canada. The last bowl from Burnett is a draw up the backhand that falls short of the head. No change in position. Darren draws another with his third. Ryan respnds with a draw shot that passes through the head to finish wide. 1 shot and a measure to Scotland. Darren on the draw manages a wee slide off his own wide bowl to roll into the head. 2 shots and a measure to Scotland. Ryan plays a draw up the same side but finishes well short. Darren ets 3 on the measure.
End 9 Ryan draws wide and long with his first bowl. Darren responds with a draw that rolls past the jack to finish 1 metre beyond. Ryan manages a toucher with his second and sits close beside the jack. Darren draws close. 1 shot canada. With his thrid Ryan plays wide and long. No change in position. Darren plays up to his short bowl and steals the shot with a nice bump of his bowl into the Bester shot to take it out. Ryan draws with his last but cannot make any cange to the head. Darren is looking closely at the head with one bowl to play. Darren on the mat, draws with his last and touches the Bester bowl again. No change, 1 shot Scotland.
End 8 After their first 2 bowls each the position is 1 to Scotland. After three bowls, it is still one shot to Scotland. Darren draws with his last bowl to make it 2 shots. Ryan goes to the mat... and unleashes a drive that takes out a scotland shot bowl. After the measure it is one shot to Canada.
End 7 After 1 each Scotland holds the shot. After 2 bowls each Scotland holds 2 shots. Ryan drives and takes the jack out. After re-spotting Canada holds one shot. Darren draws with his third. Both players draw with their last bowls and Darren is the winner. 2 shots Scotland.
End 6 Both players wide with their first bowls. Ryan is closer. After 2 bowls each it is one to Canada. Not a tight head this one. Canada still holds one after 3 bowls each, but it is a good 2 feet from the jack. Darren draws and comes up short. Still one shot to Canada. Ryan has one more bowl to play, and he draws to make it 2.
