This Public Access Defibrillator has been very generously jointly funded by the Rotary Club of Avonhead
and Pub Charity. Following the acceptance of the unit a thorough and detailed presentation was given to
approx 20 men and women Burnside Club and Rotary members re the use and application of the Defibrillator

The key elements of the Public Access Defibrillator are :
- The location of the unit in the foyer of the Burnside Bowling Club is convenient and easily accessed
- The unit is user friendly giving detailed instructions to the caregiver at the time of the emergency
- All members of the Burnside Bowling Club and the Rotary Club of Avonhead are delighted to have such
a worthy piece of life saving equipment on location
