Russell is the Works Manager at Burnside. He is inventive & thorough. He devised a
system for mounting 89 flagpoles to show 89 flags. He was also responsible for the
positioning of the 220 signs on display and for building a structure for the ditch signs.
He was on duty every day through all the International events from 2005 2008.
