Graham took responsibility on himself for the maintenance of the Burnside facilities and
handling contracts. He managed the painting of the clubhouse inside and out, all
electrics, the car park paving and the heating and plumbing. He was available 24/7
during the tournament and acted as driver on the shuttle buses.
